Every session below starts identically — hands, grip, length, lie — and then diverges into whatever that club actually needs. You never have to do the whole bag at once.
Length, grip diameter and head weight fight each other on a driver more than anywhere else in the bag. We settle those three together, then look at loft and face angle. Most drivers we re-spec here get shorter and thicker in the hands.
What happens in a driver session ›Dynamic lie taken off the turf board, not off a static chart. Then set-wide length progression and a grip programme that keeps your hand height honest from the 5-iron down to the pitching wedge.
What happens in an iron session ›Our deepest bench. Bounce and grind chosen against local bermuda and local bunker sand, groove condition assessed on what you already own, and gapping checked before anything is ordered.
What happens in a wedge session ›The most commonly mis-specced club in an amateur bag. We work backwards from turf interaction rather than forwards from carry distance, which usually means a shorter club than you expect.
What happens in a fairway session ›Where your long irons stop earning their place, and what should replace them. Often the answer is one hybrid rather than two, with the gap covered by re-spacing the top of the iron set.
What happens in a hybrid session ›Grip cross-section and hand pressure first, on the argument that a putter you are strangling will never start the ball where you aimed. Then length, lie, loft and head style on the roll strip.
What happens in a putter session ›Every wedge plus the short irons directly above them, treated as one connected system. This is the session we recommend most often, because gapping errors in the scoring range cost more strokes than anything happening off the tee. Around two and a half hours.
Driver through putter, split across two visits so nothing gets rushed and so the first visit's builds can be tested on course before the second. Includes a full gapping map and a standardised grip programme across all fourteen clubs.

You do not need a fitting to use the workshop. Bring clubs in, we quote before we start, and everything gets re-measured after cure.

Checked and bent on a proper machine, with a written before-and-after per club. Most sets that come in have at least two clubs out of tolerance.
Trimming or extending with swing weight corrected afterwards rather than left to drift, which is where most home jobs go wrong.

Trailing edge and heel relief ground on wedges to suit the turf you play, done in small passes with test swings between them.
